Visas and entry approval
We do not issue visas and cannot guarantee any visa, transit permit or entry approval; the decision rests with the destination authorities. You are responsible for timely, accurate documents and for meeting all entry conditions.
Prices and availability
Prices, availability and schedules may change until an order is confirmed. Characteristics, price, terms, restrictions and the claims procedure are disclosed before ordering, per Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. Tourism services are supplied under a written tourism contract stating operator or agent status, service terms, insurance and cancellation terms, per Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР of 15 September 1995 'On Tourism'.
Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended. Any insurance included in a package is described in the contract.
