Every brief receives a written reply within one business day. No call is scheduled until you ask for one, and nothing is charged on the strength of a form.

  1. A written reply in one business day

    A named planner emails you two or three outlines matched to your dates, party size and budget band, each with a per-person figure for two sharing.

  2. One revision round, in writing

    Change the island, the city nights or the meal basis and you get a revised sheet by email. We keep the same thread so every version stays in one place.

  3. You approve before anything is charged

    Nothing is held or paid until you confirm the final outline in writing. Only then do we pass the booking to the supplier and issue a payment instruction.

  4. Documents and final balances

    You receive confirmations, transfer details and a checklist of what to carry. Balance dates are stated on the invoice, not left to assumption.

Entry rules, insurance and availability

Entry requirements and visa approvals are the traveller's responsibility and are never guaranteed. Rules change at short notice, so confirm them with the official authorities before departure. Travel insurance covering medical care and cancellation is required for every booking.
