Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Organizer
Maldives and UAE travel arrangements are sold by coffeeloverts.com, a private entrepreneur (PE), Office 5, 18B Tarasa Shevchenka Boulevard, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine, EDRPOU 35701536. Contact: contact@coffeeloverts.com, +380 676 984 0928. Services are provided under a written tourism contract per Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР of 15 September 1995 'On Tourism'.
2. Booking and price
Before ordering we disclose service characteristics, total price, terms, restrictions and the complaints procedure under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. The total price covers services listed in the written confirmation; mandatory taxes, resort fees, airport charges and visa fees are shown before payment, optional extras separately.
3. Availability and payment
Offers are subject to availability; if a service is unavailable we offer an alternative or refund amounts paid for it. A deposit is due at booking and the balance before the deadline in the confirmation; late payment may lead to cancellation under the contract.
4. Cancellation, refunds, changes
Cancellation terms, including supplier and insurance conditions, are set in the tourism contract and confirmation. Refunds go to the original payment method within the statutory period. Changes depend on availability and supplier charges.
5. Complaints and data
Claims: contact@coffeeloverts.com. Consumer disputes may be brought before the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or the courts (Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'). Personal data are processed under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 'On Personal Data Protection'. E-commerce information is provided under Article 7 of Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 'On Electronic Commerce'.
